Beta access & application enquiries
Active Private Beta participants can send research feedback, UI friction, documentation gaps, or engine discrepancies to feedback@prismarksystems.com. The Feedback Portal remains the preferred structured route for logged-in beta users. Email is available if you cannot access the portal. This channel is for research-software validation only and is not monitored for trading, signal, or account questions.
For login/access bugs, platform errors, data-feed issues, broken UI behaviour, or other technical faults, contact the engineering team at bugs@prismarksystems.com. This channel covers Private Beta platform issues only; it does not provide trading advice, trade calls, brokerage services, or strategy coaching.
